All the Luken channels in the mux are scrambled (which is very surprising when you consider the other channels in the mux that are ITC).
My AZBox Ultra scans the channels in as radio channels that I can then stream to my computer and watch them through either VLC or KODI (which seems to the better of the two, for me).
So, if your receiver scans them in as radio and your receiver can stream, then you can watch them without buying any new equipment.

Unfortunately, it looks like the whole mux is now encrypted.

Are there any receivers that can do H.265?

Using a TBS-6903 PCIe receiver, EBSPro for scanning/decoding, and PotPlayer64 that actually plays the UHD video.
There should be something simpler available soon for H265 and/or UHD video in STB form I would think... Since there are signals available in that format and likely more to come.
