Please be advised that RT HD and NHK World HD have now relocated from Galaxy 16 @ 99W to SES 3 @ 103W Ku-band.  The new tuning coordinates are as follows:

Satellite: SES 3 @ 103W (Ku-band)
Transponder: 11942
Polarity: Vertical
Symbol rate: 20000
Modulation: DVB-S QPSK MPEG4

This is the same transponder that the Huntington Beach cam channels are using.  RT HD tunes in as Srv_1 and NHK World HD is on Srv_2.  There's also Srv_3 with infomercials and Srv_4 which plays movie previews.
