Best Projector

Are Sony projectors the best? I have been using projectors for my learning and entertainment. At first I preferred any cheap projector that I bought online. But most projectors are of poor quality pictures. Somebody suggested that I try Sony branded projectors which are a bit costly. Any advice?

I like Sony but it depends on your price range. What are you looking for exactly? I've personally always liked the Optoma GT1080 or the BenQ W1070. Both are about $700 and worth every penny in my opinion.
