WINNIPEG – A 16-year-old Winnipeg girl was found at 7 a.m. Saturday near the Midtown Bridge in unstable condition. According to sources she was suffering from hypothermia after being allegedly assaulted. “This was quite a serious assault,” said Const. Eric Hofley, Winnipeg Police Service.
