I have a 4dtv hooked up to the D9865 does this mean i won't be able to get any programming from my receiver,do i have to get the pansat ap-600

No, as long as the backup battery inside your 4dtv is good you can continue using it as your dish positioner until well after HITS ends. There just won't be any HITS consumer programming after June 30th. Rainier will continue to provide & expand. :)

Like 454eco said, the 4DTV will still move the dish and change polarity just as it is now for the 9865. Our programming is not affected by the HITS shutdown.
