When I bought my equipment from Rainier I actually got a call from The two Owners of Rainier which helped me in getting my equipment and they kept checking in with me and answering any and all questions I had while setting it up. Not many companies and owners will do that. I was one of the first who got the new 2.7 dish and needed some help and I got it! They believe in helping their customers 100%. If you buy their products you WILL get all the help you need!!
