The New 300W/400W Second Generation GaN based X-Band SapphireBlu™ systems provide very high linearity and high power density in a compact size. With a weatherproof construction, these units are perfectly suited for solid communications in the harshest of environments.

Designed to me mounted on ruggedized military trailers, these are a direct replacement for 750W TWTs, fully compliant with the latest versions of Mil-Std-810G.”
