On November 14, 2014 the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico granted DISH Network and NagraStar’s motion for final judgment against Nelson Mateo. Mateo was sued by DISH Network and NagraStar for federal claims arising out of his subscriptions to the IKS Rocket service. The Court’s order includes a permanent injunction…
