On April 6, 2017 the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida granted DISH Network and NagraStar’s motion for final judgment against George Jacobus.  Jacobus was sued by DISH Network and NagraStar in 2016 for federal claims arising out of his subscription to the NFPS IKS service.
