On February 28, 2017 the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan granted DISH Network and NagraStar’s motion for final judgment against Oliur Rahman.  Rahman was sued by DISH Network and NagraStar in 2016 for federal claims arising out of his subscription to the NFPS IKS service.
