On November 8, 2016 the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee granted DISH Network and NagraStar’s motion for final judgment against Lester Barnaby.  Barnaby was sued by DISH and NagraStar in 2015 for federal claims arising out of his trafficking in subscription codes to an IKS piracy service known as NFPS. …
