‘Let the dust settle’ from Pan Am Games before Olympic bid decision: Tory

John Tory says he wants to hear from a variety of voices before he decides whether Toronto should place a bid for the 2024 Summer Olympics, but added he wants to "let the dust settle" from the Pan Am and Parapan Am Games before making a decision.
