Ray Rice says that an NFL team "would have to be willing to look deeper into who I am" and hopes for a second chance in the league.

I'm sure he will get another chance when the smoke clears. He should be back no later then 2016 I would imagine. He is a talented player who made a dumb mistake. I know there are teams that will look past that night for the sake of winning.
